Arvin Haddad

Would you watch my reaction to other real estate content, like interviews, podcasts, or industry
discussions, besides mansion tours?

@ryangajraj

Your mansion reactions helps me relax thanks for what you do 🙏

I've learned a lot from you. I'll never buy a luxury home, but I can apply a critical view of homes using your instructions about what to assess for value versus opportunities missed.

@Photogem1c

I would like you to discuss shows like Selling Sunset, Buying Beverly Hills, Owning Manhattan etc..

Maybe have some reviews of Zillow postings, reviewing regular, moderate, and more expensive listings. It would be cool to see your knowledge applied to “regular” houses!

Would love that honestly. It's not just entertaining to watch your videos, but also very educational. As someone who's interested in interior design and might work in that field some day, it gives some very useful tips already. Greetings from a 17 year old from Germany

Yes specifically the Producer Michael interview with Nile Niami.

Your videos are not only entertaining, they are educational, and I appreciate the information you impart in each one. I would love to see you do a video on a house that you would recommend to a client. One that in your professional experience and knowledge has almost all the qualities and features you find most pleasing and cohesive. I still want to see the videos pointing out the flaws of various luxury homes, but for a change, seeing a really great luxury house would be fun to see.

If I can learn anything from it, I'd watch for sure.

Hey Brother. We are your friends now. Give it a shot and I'll drop some feedback per usual. In the end, you always drop the gems and make it entertaining. You've evolved in your mansion tours as you've balanced off identifying positives and things to improve which is really nice to see when it of course, can be done because you always keep it real...I don't know how that would look but try it man. Doesn't hurt. I do like the Enes content lol. I feel you guys should someday meet and have a moment where you enjoy a glass of wine at a tract home in Dubai lol...... whether its same channel or new.. I don't know how that would matter in terms of the analytics... but you've done a pretty much job of identifying that this is a " FLAWS EXPOSED " video... so perhaps capture a title that is a good descriptor.. and people can choose whether you watch them based on that... good luck

Focussing on mansion tours is my favorite. I think most of the viewers know the tours from the original creators and I am always curious to see your reaction to them. At this point I watched almost every video from you multiple times. They also help me as a backdrop while getting work done. Thus I need more of them asap lol

Anything you do, I'll watch. Find everything very interesting, and I've been watching your older videos. Would like to get reactions to architectural digest and what architects build.

Thank you for the insights.

I doubt you’d ever do a video critique of a log and timber home. But, this builder has constructed and designed some amazing spaces in nature. If you ever did a critique of one of their walk-throughs, I’d be so interested. And I bet I wouldn’t be the only one. Thanks for opening my eyes to so many new insights in design, lot usage, and staging. You are one of my favorite subscriptions!

I really really really enjoy the mansion tour reactions❤️❤️

You obviously have a lot of knowledge to spread and have a good sense of humour. Having more variety of content will only help the channel on the long run instead of being known as the guy that reacts to mansion videos. It will not be as many views as the mansion videos, but like all things in investing, don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Still waiting for the behind the scenes of Mikey leaving. This should be the first video of the new stuff. Yes, definitely would like some reactions. The new compensation for buyers agents is a good topic too.

I think it's good for your channel that you slowly branch out into related content and see what sticks and what doesn't. Your unique insight can apply to a lot more situations. People aren't here because they want to see 'someone' react to Enes, people are here because they want to see what Arvin Haddad has to say about mansions.

I'd love to see reactions to videos where "gurus" give bad real estate advice. But really, it's up to you. Go ahead and release your creativity. We'll support you! 🙂
