A couple of folks have asked about my Vagrant Story emulation settings. I know most of the emulation captures I've seen render the absolute shit out of the polygons at a pretty high resolution, but I leave mine at 2x to try to best capture the feel of the original without making it look too muddy when streaming. Anything higher than 2x looks uncanny and a little clunky — any frankly, anyone caught upscaling their PSX games too much should be sent to jail.
For the CRT effect, I wanted to something that looks good and helps to blend the edges of the polygons without relying too much on scaling. Using scanlines when stream is generally a bad idea because of the compression — so I went with the CRT-NewPixie filter, and I think it does the job without sacrificing too much.

Hey everyone,
A couple of folks have asked about my Vagrant Story emulation settings. Anyway, enjoy!
