Attraction Spot

FYI for those that have disabilities, mobility issues, or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) ‪@lagoonamusementpark‬ made new changes for 2025 for their Ride Accessibility Pass that's different then previous years.

Go to guest services like before & let them know you need a Ride Accessibility Pass. They can ask how you need to be accomidated.

You will get a wristband as before with the current date handwritten in it & a Riders Accessibility Pass paper with your name, guest services representives name, & current date on it.

The pass allows 3 additional members of your party (4 including you.) to go with you.

If you have more then 3 additional members, additional member(s) will have to wait in line in the standard queue.

Head to the ride you want to start for the day.

If it's any of the coasters listed on back in the red you will hand the paper to a employee/supervisor for the attraction.

They will write a time on your pass, keep the pass, & give you a return time card of when you need to return.

You are free to go do other things or go to attractions that are not listed on the back to enjoy other rides.

You must head back to the coaster at the return time. Early arrivals or late will not be permitted. (Late arrivals is up to the discretion of the employee/supervisor.)

When arriving back to the coaster, either find the employee managing the line & they will direct you to the supervisor. If you see the supervisor/employee that gave you the return time you can go directly to them.

You will hand them the return time card & they will return your Pass paper back to you & walk you through the accessibility entrance.

If the ride is not a coaster it's the same as befire & you will let the ride attendant know & show the the RAP wristband.

They will either ask you to have someone in your party stand in line for you. If you can't seperate with your party they can pick the person at the end of the line or where they can see & once they get to the front of line they will let you on or they will let you on after a few ride cycles.(This is up to the discretion of the employee.) It doesn't give you immediate boarding to a ride.
