This is extremely useful to me, if only I already knew Mandarin. I’m just learning it now and am still not ready to take HSK1. Once I’m fluent (in 75,000 years or so) then I want to learn Cantonese. In fact, since I love Hacken Li so much, I think I spend a lot of time listening to Cantonese. But I have to pass tests in Mandarin first. I think this is useful.

Well for a honest opinion... Most people who want to learn I'm guessing is for fun, and real estate stuff is likely never gonna be of any use for me. So it's not the kind of content I'm really going to click on. I need stuff that can be more useful to a white guy living in north america. Stuff that I might use in restaurants, on the street, while dating (you never know :P ), useful vocab if you sign up to a kung fu school, etc etc. Business stuff will interest SOME people but I doubt its your biggest audience
