Commercials-N-Ads

This is fucking stupid

Metaphorically speaking what happens if I upload a video that isn't target towards younger people, yet it has younger people in it (say an old television commercial) and I set it as 'not made for younger people' and youtube disagrees because of said younger people being in the video. The I get fined money for it? I get anxiety over uploading videos because of this. Because while a video that I upload has older and younger people in it, I can't upload it because it has yonger people in it.

"For instance, a video is not necessarily made for kids just because:
It’s safe or appropriate for everyone to watch (aka it’s “family friendly”).
It covers an activity that’s traditionally associated with younger people.

younger people may incidentally see it."

I feel like even if I follow these guidelines, YouTube is still going to disagree with whatever I upload just because it has younger people in it.

Why can't YouTube just not collect everyones data. Simple as that. This whole thing started because YouTube collected everyones data for ads, which included data from younger people, which is not allowed.

Why does YouTube *have to* collect peoples data? for ads? for targed ads? No. Ads are ads, its still the same brand. Targeted ads don't work. That person is either going to buy the product they've been researching for not, seeing an ad shortly thereafter for the same thing isn't going to convince them anymore or less.
