Hi Charlie - and anyone else that can help - I am new to yoga practice, having done standing-only yoga due to being overweight and having carpal tunnel syndrome. I want to improve so I decided to do the "30-day challenge for beginners"; I am currently on day 3. My biggest struggle is with my wrists. I am getting a lot of pain during tabletops, planks, and downward dogs. Is this normal? Instead of feeling calm and energized, I feel stressed and in pain. My wrists still feel a bit sore and now I'm scared to continue to day 4. Does anyone have any tips on how to make my practice more enjoyable and less painful? TIA!
