Here are some links to a very inexpensive DIY drum cage light setup. It's 2 budget LED panels clamped to the overheads or cage bar, and then an extension cord with several outlets that has a stomp switch where the drummer can easily turn the lights on and off to correspond with what's happening with the house lights.
