The hardest part is “ scan xiety” . I wish oncologists would realize how important it is that we get f/u quickly on scans. We are holding our breaths and it is treated like a routine lab result. Time is our greatest priority and to have cancer specialists not get this is disheartening

For me it's the side effects. I've had Cancer 3 times first being in the 90's. So 30+ years of CT scan check ups twice a year plus my chemo / radiation treatments... takes a toll on the body. Fatigue & shortness of breath being my daily side effects.
