I have only read the first arc so I don't know anything at all about leafwings, but thats awsome! How do you get that almost brush like look on for example, the wings? I really like that style of digital painting but have yet to figure out how to mimic it.

I grew up reading wings of fire and I’ve heard that there is going to be a fourth arch. I’m not sure if I will ever read it but I’ve realized how much the series influenced the way I drew dragons. Though I don’t tend to make fan art of any kind I thought I’d be fun to paint a dragon inspired by the book series that changed the way I drew dragons. I haven’t done a lot of drawing lately. I’m a bit rusty but this was a fun, low pressure, way to ease back into it. He doesn’t have a name or back story, he exists simply because I felt like I just needed to draw.
