It quite literally stated to be travel speed (idk why ppl are surprised, Allmight took almost a minute to travel 5km in S3)
AFO was basically able to move his hand in the air (combat speed) while Allmight was moving towards him (travel speed) seemingly frozen but couldn't react to Allmight's punch (combat speed)
Allmight Combat Speed>>Afo Hand Movement>>>All Might Travel Speed if you ask my by how much? By the distance Allmight moved at least 500x 😭
