There's something about your unenthusiastic presenting style that I really love. I know you're not actually unenthusiastic about the subjects, you wouldn't put so much time and effort into them, but the irony of the real research combined with uninterested delivery is amazing

I love watching your content as a Brit bc I see the thumbnails and go "you know what yeah I DO wanna know why we do that" and I am entertained and educated every time

Tom Scott, with added dead-pan looks. Giving dull topics an interesting answer, in a dull voice. And it works brilliantly.

It had that feeling of the one friend who waits for his mate who's on a late shift

I used to work at that Tesco racking up all the trolley’s left in the car park even the ones under the motorway. Seeing the wooden fences behind Chris gave me PTSD

You meet all the very best Britain has to offer lurking outside of/staggering around inside a 24-hour Tesco 👍

I've been laughing at this far more than I should. Funniest part for me was I read the text in your voice, I've not even seen the video yet and I know exactly how you'd say it 😂

Heck, I did that while gainfully employed. Except it was 2 AM outside Taco Bell.

I can’t help but feel like Chris was made for all of the videos he makes. It just feels right and very much like himself. If he didn’t have a YouTube platform, or if he was born 50/60 years ago, he would be that guy in the office popping up with these random questions all the time to people on their lunch break with a coffee in his hand. 🤣 Does anyone else feel the same
