Tyler bringing me down memory lane with this one. My first car for high school was a forest green 97 Monte Carlo with black leather. Kept it clean, tint all around the car even windshield, all new interior speakers and 4 mtx 8000 10s on a orion xtr pro 2400 and slapped hard until the subs were really not meant to stand t hat amp. But god did i love the car, such a around cool look coupe. I thought i was so cool lolol, such a good looking car man. Wish i still had it

I kind of miss these sporty coupes. Nowadays everything is an SUV that isn't a real SUV and there are no real affordable sports coupes.

Now as a middle aged dad I long for these cars my dad drove. I have seen an interior that nice since these were on display at World of Motion at Epcot. I was that kid that loved all of the 90s GM lineup and was excited to one day drive a Park Ave, Cutlass or Monte Carlo.

My mom had a Z34 Jeff Gordon Edition back in the day. I thought it was pretty cool.

It was over for GM passenger cars when they stopped using the 3800.

One of my favorite cars was the bright blue 94 Cavalier Z24. It was an amazing beast with a 5 speed. I gapped many Camaros and mustangs with a simple hyper chip and clean shifts.

This is one of your best buys of all time. I also miss this era of racing in NASCAR

Very cool car those 3.8 Buick motors are very robust. A fantastic buy and I hope it stays in the collection, surely a car of this rarity and with the history would have to go up in value

I was a kid when these came out and I remember reading about them in Cosuner Reports. My parents ended up buying the new model 1997 Grand Prix with the 3800 series II and I recall telling the salesman about the Monte Carlo on the showroom floor and how CR reported the backseats were adult torture chambers. The things we remember, right?

This car is pretty cool! Looks like they fitted rear quarters from a Camaro to give it that big booty stance! Hopefully that back 02 sensor fixes that check engine light!

Back when GM cared, they built a Monte Carlo pace car with a custom wide body, wild paint, and numerous performance upgrades that were never offered to the public. I've found out so much more about this car since posting the video, and I can't wait to share it with you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbEOM...
