Words just get in the way. No need to fill our heads up with garbage. I stopped listening to music with words years ago. Worship and ambient is where its at. Look up "Soaking in His presence" and "Hazy" ❤️

I tend to listen to music that fits the flow of thought that I have at the time, so it varies a lot, but my favorite trains of thought are the peaceful ones, by far.

Post Rock? Everything. Heard it for first time when I was at my lowest, mental hospital level of psychosis, point and it has been my go to medicine for a decade now. I can't go a single day without at least a few hours of it. Followed by ambient, neoclassical, post metal, post prog rock and dozens of others. It helps me daydream pleasant dreams, relax, give me hope, focus, feel better, sleep, quiet my bad thoughts and ocd, wake up, work, work out, unwind, have fun, etc...

I gave up from the world but not from life and closest ones, from happy moments ofc. Makes me wonder and dream of another life, better planet, better civilization.. this one is beyond my dreams.. Its a great sadness that dwells in me since I was born, yet Im very strong, brave and resilient, ready to wage greatest wars. I hope our future gets better. Im 1993 gen and I hope homeland Earth to become home to all of us equally, without existential fear and materialism, rather equity.. specially the right for a food(no starvation) and shelter. The fear of failure, and damnation of popularism & narcisissm, posessiveness got us wicked, all of us to great extent, even those who keep everything organized and together. I listen music to remind me of my dreams and my Hope, one day my dream of Peaceful Homeland and No war on Mother Earth gets to live in our souls and comes to realization. Just like dream of Tesla "your hate should illuminate our World"

I love all different kinds of songs, so it’s hard to pinpoint exactly which genre is my favorite. It really depends on my mood really. To put it short: If I like it, it’s going on my playlist.

Both those first two fit well. The music I listen to most I might describe as peaceful. I also like it because it can relate to most scenarios in my daily life, whether to be in the moment or calm down. Having to pick one, I think I’ll go with peaceful.
