demonetized -- again! I don't love putting sponsorships in videos, but much of the work on this channel results in age restrictions and demonetization. It takes about a month to make a video for this channel, and when a video gets demonetized, I basically don't get paid for that month.
There are certainly ways to produce this sort of work and alter it to be family-friendly, but I don't think that is the most honest way of presenting these videos. My ambition is to write great things and that, unfortunately, does not always play nicely with Youtube's advertisers. But I do (and will continue to) prioritize chasing that ambition over the interests of advertisers and algorithms.
