I bought a bottle of horrorwood reserve, paid extra for the gold package an exorbitant amount for shipping compared to any other online liquor store that I purchased from and mind you I purchase a lot. The box which is really cool mind you came completely destroyed crushed wrapped in packing tape and the shipping label was stuck to the outside of it. The bottle was flipped around upside down inside the box and the bracing post were completely broke off luckily it was not broken. I contacted macabre spirits and apparently there's like eight different companies that have a hand in this there's a distiller there's a shipper there's a packager there's a bottler and I have no recourse for the mess they're really cool box is in and they all wanted to make ice nine kills puns about how the box was and I quote Slayed. Every time I try to order anything from the is nine kills merch store it has been the same way I wait 10 weeks for some crap and then I have to email them and say where is my stuff and then it finally shows up 3 months later so this is the last straw I will not be ordering anything from the merch store I will order no more liquor sorry but I'm out.
