The Body BeatDown

So far today ive kind of mixed up my food im eating. This morning I had 2 mandarins and some yogurt "mixed in a banana"...THEN for lunch I had some strawberry flavored oats and mixed in some natural peanut butter..I had so much junk yesterday I feel I need to change it up a bit today..What will supper be? Not sure. Probably air..
