I used to blend it in my coffee, but got tired of the taste. I'm not sure what kind to buy or how to prepare it.

I don’t use protein powders. I am a carnivore.

With 1/2 TB soaked chia seeds (more fiber) & 1/2 tsp organic instant decaf coffee (flavor) In a shaker, usually just water, sometimes a little Mac nut milk. I use Garden of Life ‘Raw Fit’ which is sprouted seeds, brown rice & pea protein; all organic. Agrees with me even tho high in oxalates (not thrilled about).

And I eat meat too but since I have low stomach acid & have to supplement Betaine HCLI don’t eat meat 3 times a day. The drink is light and works for me at breakfast. I’m over 65, but maybe low stomach acid isn’t only a “senior” thing.

I go to a manufacturing herbalist, who has 35 years experience, who only uses natural products sourced from the southern hemisphere.... With the view the northern lands and sea is too polluted. I was put on seaweed sourced from King Island and my thyroid has been functioning normally ...and has continued to do so after 8 years of using this natural seaweed, unprocessed and I take 1 teaspoon per day.
