If you're against "Cop Coins" you should be against, "FBI Coins" as well.

@troym33

Using the Punisher logo is hilarious. The Punisher would go after the client list regardless of who he is working for

David vs. Goliath: My Fight Against California’s Broken CCW System RIGHTS AREN'T FOR SALE Most people never imagine they’ll be forced to stand alone against their government just to exercise a constitutional right. Yet that’s exactly where I find myself today in VALLEJOS v. ROB BONTA & CHAD BIANCO—a federal lawsuit challenging California’s unconstitutional concealed carry permit (CCW) scheme. I applied for a permit in Riverside County with a clean record and even received clearance from the California DOJ that I am not a prohibited person. By every standard of law, I should have been approved. Instead, I was denied—not for committing any crime, but based on vague, subjective accusations like “good moral character” and “may be a danger.” These are phrases that sound neutral on the surface but, in practice, become political weapons used to deny ordinary, law-abiding citizens their rights. The Supreme Court in Bruen made it clear: the Second Amendment is not a second-class right. Yet here in California, officials are dragging their feet, twisting the law, and clinging to unconstitutional standards in defiance of the highest court in the land. --- Why This Case Matters to Everyone This isn’t just about me. My lawsuit exposes how the CCW system is rigged to generate money for sheriffs’ departments, instructors, and connected organizations—while everyday citizens are left vulnerable. Mandatory training courses cost hundreds of dollars per person, fees stack up, and denials come without accountability. If a right requires you to pay hundreds of dollars, beg for approval, and risk rejection over subjective opinions—it isn’t a right anymore. It’s a privilege sold to the highest bidder. And what’s worse? The people entrusted to “protect” the Second Amendment are turning their backs. --- The Deafening Silence of 2A Organizations You’d expect the big names in the gun-rights world—the organizations that raise millions every year—to step in and fight this battle. Instead, the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF), the California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA), Gun Owners of California, and others have all refused to help. The same groups that flood your inbox with donation requests have told me, essentially, “You’re on your own.” These are the same groups that host expensive banquets and photo ops, but when it comes to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with a regular citizen fighting the fight that matters, they look the other way. They’ll tell you Chad Bianco is a “pro–Second Amendment sheriff.” But actions speak louder than slogans. He is actively defending the very scheme that denies you your rights—and these organizations are silent. --- A True Grassroots Fight That leaves me: one man, fighting pro se, refusing to kneel to a broken system. With the help of attorney Cam Atkinson stepping in to argue at the appellate level, we are building a case that could set precedent not only for California but nationwide. But here’s the truth: I can’t do this alone. This case is about all of us. If I win, it chips away at California’s unconstitutional gatekeeping. If I lose, it strengthens the precedent that our rights can be bought, sold, or denied at the whim of a sheriff. --- How You Can Help 1. Spread the word – Share this case, talk about it, let people know that one of the most important Second Amendment battles in the country is happening right here in Riverside County. 2. Challenge the narrative – Ask the “big name” organizations why they’re ignoring this case. Pressure them to step up and support real action instead of photo ops. 3. Support the fight – Whether it’s through prayers, awareness, or direct support, every bit of energy poured into this effort helps us move closer to restoring the Constitution’s promise. --- This is more than a lawsuit. It’s a test. Do we still live in a country where the Constitution means what it says? Or will we allow bureaucrats and political actors to twist rights into privileges, granted only to the chosen few? I’m standing up because no one else will. And history has always shown: change starts with one person willing to say enough. --- 👉 Follow the case, share this post, and help shine a light where others refuse. Together, we can make history
