Navajo Traditional Teachings

We’ve been away for a while… Wally’s wonderful wife of 52 years has gone to the next place… the Glittering World.

Knowing the Traditional Teachings that “beyond old age there is joy”, lessens the grief. But, our feelings are still tender as we adjust to life without our Matriarch.

She was a big part of encouraging me (Shane) and Wally to share these teachings with all of you.

Although we are still mourning, we know that it is important to keep moving forward.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, thoughts and prayers. We look forward to next week and bringing you more of the Traditional Teachings of our Diné.

I'm so sorry for your loss Wally, Shane and family. 😥 You're in my heart and prayers. Take all the time you need; grief does not have an expiration date, and "normal" becomes something entirely different than what it was.💝~APRIL LIP
