Considered the 3rd, 4th and 5th tail form is female we can assumed that Chefei is a girl. 6th form look's like Tamamo from SMT 1 but gold instead blue and tail arrangements is different than Tamamo. Also 8th tailed form is the best looking one with menacing ghoul like appendages and body that very much a abomination instead fox yokai/demon, but 9th tailed form spirit like fox god/demon is not a bad choice.
