Hey Jordan! I've been following your videos sim e Covid hit the world and I, just say they have helped me become more fit. I'm 56 thus year and I must say, I'm in my best shape and fitter than I've ever been, but many of your workouts are truly high intensity. Would you consider making follow along videos for over 50s? As the population ages, you are bound to have many older followers like myself who may need workouts that we can do to maintain a good level of physical well being. Only interested in shorts tbh. Workout videos simply don't need to be more than a few minutes to convey the point.
