This is so fabulous! This post brought back cooking school memories. I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Cooking School, in NYC, many years ago. As part of the training, each class cooked a vegan 5-course Friday night dinners for about 30 guests. It was both fun and stressful. Have a wonderful time! The growth of your business has been so inspirational to watch.

This is the restaurant that really opened my eyes to the possibilities of what plant-based cooking could be when I first when vegan, so this is a full circle moment for me 🥹
✨ When: Wednesday April 9th; two seatings at 6 pm and at 830 pm

✨ About the event: Come hang out in Avant Garden’s beautiful new space (swipe for photos) and enjoy a fine dining tasting menu complete with 5 courses + dessert. The menu is crafted from my cookbook, Big Vegan Flavor, and each ticket includes a copy of the book! I’ll be there the whole evening to chat with y'all 🥳
