Just because, they are rich does not mean they are giving. If they give to you they can not give to themselves.

Tell them that they can mow their own damn lawn if they don't like your price. Kind of going through that with getting our house painted- supposedly premium guy is charging above market rate, and charging because of our town. Another premium painter has an ok-rate, but is then making us also pay for paint rather than putting it in the quote.. and is an in town painter. 3rd guy is out of town, and has a good rep- his price includes labor and paint (Sherwin paint) - and was right where we think the price should be for 2025.
