That's emulating PS1 using a DStwo flashcard - which basically doesn't even use DS hardware besides the screen, buttons, speakers and such, since it has its own processor and hardware. It can run in a DS, DS Lite, DSi, DSi XL, it doesn't even use DSi mode.
