I have never understood the “new plate” thing. Nothing concerns me less when buying a new car.

I drive a 2002 Fabia. A 12-14 plate still feels new to me! Never in my wildest dreams would I have a 2022 or 72 plate! 🤣

Well my car is going to be that long it will be a 72 plate rather than 22. But I got a great deal and second hand car prices are a bit mental just now. Happy to wait
