Even though there's only 3 images for the infection au, my theory right now is that either Eggman did something (like an experiment) to make try to weakened sonic but backfired, or sonic got close to something and got infected and he's hiding somewhere. But that's just a mini theory I did.

Quite honestly I’ve been waiting for someone to make something similiar to this in a sonic universe and I’m so glad to see I wasn’t the only one who thought of this!! Perhaps Espio would be a good character to add? Or maybe even silver and/ or blaze considering their whole future/past and overall connection to other timelines? And with espio, personally I just think it’d have a good sort of add on to see a usually stoic and composed character like him react to whatever exactly might be going on , same for shadow! Love the drawings by the way , I already want to theorize so much about this Au! :D

Y’all know how those MLP Infection AU’s are blowing up? What if it was the Sonic series instead? I made these yesterday, I’m hoping to build upon this AU more over the weekend!
