Every year when I process animals, I endeavor to add at least 1 new skill or recipe to my repertoire. This year, as the pig harvest approaches, I'm hoping to tackle cleaning the intestines for sausage casings and try harvesting blood/making blood sausages! I'm also enjoying hunting season, tho with nothing to show for it yet. And we are starting some fun new projects!
