A Mormon church was attacked today by a gunman that rammed his car into the building and opened fire on the hundreds of people, including children, gathered inside the church. A fire broke out soon after, though it was not immediately clear how. Authorities say they suspect the gunman started the blaze, which was under control just before 1 p.m.
The gunman has been ID'd and is currently being pursued by police.
