People need to understand that you don’t go from 400 lbs to jogging and feeling amazing in a month. It’s a long process with ups and downs. You’re still struggling with weight related complications while you’re in the early stages of loss. It takes time. A healthier diet helps but it’s not an overnight transformation. It took me a year of weight loss before I could really begin to regain mobility. Unless you’ve been in her situation, there’s a lot you can’t understand. Love you, Candy 💗

Candy, is the doctor who put you on Metformin the same doctor who didn't want you to do low carb? Does he not know that the cause of type 2 diabetes is pouring too many carbohydrates down your throat? It just doesn't make sense to me that he would prefer to medicate you than to try to get you healthy with just good nutritious food. I wish you'd have been able to see the PCP (I think it was a Nurse Practitioner) that you had picked out originally as I think she'd have been a better fit.
