If it was at home I'd do it I'm new to this just helping a neighbor out but it amazes me how many people despise him now because of how he is in dementia I just take it as it comes and come back the next day ... He's finally excepting the help a year in and tells me he shouldn't drive .... Finally !!! Some one there to help them every day for a while helps get them off the road at least ....
