🚨 coffee roaster here. Nile you need to do the second milling process. There’s is a thin hull that needs to be taken off after the initial honey drying process. In coffee we call it the dry mill. (Wet milling being when you take off the cherry’s skin) I think that’s why you’re getting burning so bad. Cheers
