Lorenzo: Before you I have four balls of fried risotto stuffed with a generous amount of saffron, Grandma Massimino's famous meat ragu, and mozzarella cheese. Buon appetito.

*Lorenzo Allows EK to enjoy his first course before clearing the plate and bringing out the second course*

Lorenzo: Onto the main course of the evening, this is a meal that Chet and I used to make in the late hours of the night after gaming or if we were just craving something to eat during the midnight hours. Because of that we called it 'Midnight Pasta'!

*Lorenzo Sets Down A Plate Of Spaghetti With Anchovies, Garlic, red pepper flakes, And Topped with Fresh Parsley and Parmesean Cheese*

Lorenzo: This dish was generally made with what we had in the pantry back home which was always the stuff most people forgot about, so we have a nice helping of spaghetti, a small 2 oz tin of anchovies with some olive oil, four cloves of fresh garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes for a little kick and I've topped it off with some parsley and parmesean cheese. A surprisingly simple meal to prepare, which was good for me since I was making this generally in the middle of the night and starving. Buon appetito.

Lorenzo: I hope you've saved some room because it's dessert time!

*Lorenzo Sets Down The Final Course A Set Of Three Moderately Sized Cannolis*

Lorenzo: Probably one of the most popular desserts in my household, I give you three cannolis filled with a creamy ricotta cheese mixed with chocolate chips, and some vanilla flavoring. The tube shells are made from flour, sugar, butter, and a little bit of Marsala wine, stuffed with the flavoring mentioned earlier and sprinkled with some powdered sugar on top! Buon appetito!
