Yes it is the season to be jolly but its also the season that we reflect we walk down memory lane just to see our loved ones there again what I wouldn't do to sit round the table waiting for mams Christmas dinner sharing laughter and good spirt with my family but without my rock ive found it hard to do these things ever since. my greif has caused my loved ones double the greif they lost there parents grandparents but they also.lost a sister and a loving aunty so going forward into 2026 im going to put family first my healing process has been a journey but didnt realise how many many miles id already travelled on my mental pilgrimage so I dont where im going with this jornal entry starting everyday now till I actually come tslk to you guys for real but I guess im saying if you can be kind to anyone please be kind to yourself self healing first ❤️ 🙏everyone
