I'm guessing it came from the inventors house after he passed away. Cool idea and i respect their hustle back then because it was harder to find manufacturers before the Internet.

Take a dobe put it between your 1st and 2nd finger from thumb right hand and cup left hand over the side and there will be a hole on top to take a drag. Never knew u had a bowl with u the whole time.
