I miss Vegas so much. It is my favorite place to be, but it has been so hard to get there with how much EVERYTHING costs these days, and not just in Vegas.

It’s the resort fees like at least they should give us an option if we want them taken off or to keep them we only use the pool and room charge the other amenities we don’t use

$18 bottle water. New fees. Pricey even at fast food places. No free parking. Room rates gone up. Now compare that to 7 years ago and there you have it. 😢😢😢😢😢

Prices are certainly high. Our first trip to Vegas was in September 2025. We had so much fun and would definitely love to go back but we would certainly do some things differently to save a bit more. Some of the restaurants can provide a good value for your money but you have to be choosy. Can't wait to go back and do a different experience.

I go to Vegas at least once a year because I got my Amex Platinum and Hilton Aspire Credits to use. I stay at the Waldorf and then go and eat at Panda Express to save money 😂

Vegas started catering to the wealthy who want to drink $32 cocktails, $300 dollar dinners and shop at high end stores. $25 min. bet gambling and 'free' drinks based on how much you gamble, keeps me away now a days. I stopped staying on the strip years ago because it's not my vibe. We stay downtown and gamble at off strip casinos - Station casinos mostly. We lived in the Green Valley area for a couple of years and know a lot of good spots but again, it's way off strip. Trips back have dwindled drastically and I have to desire to go back.

I love Vegas!! You don’t have to spend a mint to enjoy your trip. Been there 7 times with the last trip in 2024. Planning on next year. Use your head and seek out what makes sense. Any vacation to anywhere is dependent on you.
