Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If any Muslim plants any plant and a human being or an animal eats of it, he will be rewarded as if he had given that much in charity." (Evidence Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith number 6012)

this is why we should explain why we do things before just teaching people rules. when people don't understand why/intention/reason behind something, it'll turn into ocd for many. why do we pray? to be God conscious why do we do wudu? as a preparation to stand before our Lord, making it like we are prepared. why do want to submit to the One God? only in Surrender to a higher power do we find permanent joy, this is for us, not God. why don't we worship idols? it cuts off connection from God as it's like we are cheating on Him. idol worship & anything related to ego/lower self are the biggest barriers between us & God. etc... just blanket labeling rules does not help anyone tbh.

This type of question are genuinely needed. As the Prophet PBUH himself too having this similar issue in the Hadtih Bukhari chapter Bathings. I recommend you reading that chapter. So no judge, be open for it. We all same creature not one of us able to have no ability of discharge at all. Have not remember Allah has made us out of a drop of semen? There are 2 type of semen. The discharge is pure. And the one done without any discarges are that is impure ones. For the one without discharge, you don't have to do ghusl but it is must to change your clothings. If discharge, it is still pure on your clothing but must do a ghusl.

Hygiene is not taught the same everywhere. Cultural variations do exist. Some people don't bathe everyday or change their clothes everyday. Some can't because of resource issues and some choose not to because they're not concerned with filth. A lot of people of European decent can wash and change their clothes as often as they like but they won't. Europe didn't really learn that filth is a bad thing until the Muslims exposed them to baths. Castles were basically giant toilets that went neglected.

Semen is said to be pure coz it's the origin of man. This origin cannot be said to be impure. Hence, the reason Sheikh said semen is pure. Washing or rubbing it off if dry is mustahab for purposes of cleanliness and not due to Najasah. Allah knows best.

My mum’s a doctor but she still gets soo paranoid every time I mention nocturnal emission, she thinks I’m weird for it and she tells me to throw my clothes away if it happens lol, so I never tell her when it happens and I always have a ghusl secretly. And she gets suspicious if I say I want to wash my clothes 😭 anyone else have the same experience
