I will wait 4 more years if necessary. Just knowing you still on it makes me happy :) Best of luck

Back again one year later, one of my favourite videos of all time. Not sure if part 2 will come or not, but just wanna say thanks for part 1 regardless :)

I regularly check if there are updates on the release of part two. Last time I checked was actually this week and the feedback remains overwhelmingly positive as far as I can see. Take the time you need and when you are ready people are there to watch.

Just hope you're doing alright! I understand the mental stress of creating something lots of people are waiting for. Sending you good vibes and energy, much love

Dude I seriously recommend part one as my favorite YouTube video of all time, if it took a decade I’d still watch part two on release day

Please, continue this series! I really need to see the entire YGO History covered with this awesome quality.

i would throw so much money, my man. the first video is one of my staples in terms of 'long video to have on while i work' so having an addition to that list would be a godsend.

The first video you made was so well edited and overall created that I’d wait years for Another. You do great work and I really enjoy the content.

My guy. You created the most impressive and most intriguing piece of documentation ever done on a lot of people's favorite hobby. I myself am pretty late to the party and just watched your video now, which helped me a lot to brighten up my day in rough times. You actually just got me back into ygo. Hearing you're well and still (hopefully?) working on a follow up makes me truly happy. Take all the time you need, I'm sure we're all can deal with the wait. Thanks for sharing your incredible work with all of us.

Sending you all the best wishes I hope you're doing good. I also hope you feel proud of yourself for genuinely having so many people united in waiting for your next video if it ever comes. It's so refreshing to read people's comments thanking you and praising you so I'll add mine and say thank you for all the work you did and continue to do.

Would 100% support you on patreon. Your first video is a godsend and I imagine the second part would be too

Honestly, I'm just happy to know that the project wasn't abandoned. It sucks that you potentially have to start over, but I'm willing to wait as long as it takes.

Your first video reignited my passion for yugioh. I watch it from time to time when I get the itch and no other yugioh content even comes close to scratching that itch for me. I’d support you with donations if it helps get your next video out. Your update has got me super hyped for what is to come next. Great job and keep up the good work!! No rush, take your time, I’ll be patiently waiting.

Channel update:
While the video wasn't nearing completion or anything, I had gotten a really good chunk of the GX era meta history video done by around October of 2023.
2023 was in general an insane and tumultuous year for me, in terms of my personal life, but the only thing that really matters as it pertains to this channel is that I moved cross-country in October and hired movers to transport a lot of my stuff including the PC I use to make videos.
I still don't have any of my stuff and after talking to them more extensively recently it's starting to sound like they don't know where it is. What this means is that, while I have a laptop that's really powerful and suitable for video production, I don't have most of the assets and files I've been working on for the past give-or-take 2 years on it. So, if I can't get my PC, I won't have to completely start over, but I'll have to redo most of the video.
I still plan on making it, but obviously having to start over sucks, and is gonna delay the video. I'm considering making a Patreon for it now since having an active income for it now, in the moment would make it possible for me to take time away from my other work and focus on the meta history video. I'll give it more consideration, and use the response to this post to gauge interest before I decide.
