For me it depends on how hungry I am. Nuggets are better for a snack, Sandwiches are better for a meal.

Everyone is picking nuggets while I literally go to the bathroom all sick when I digest that kind of food so I eat sandwiches with the healthy version of bread and healthy chicken not some oily Chicken pieces (I respect the opinion of whoever likes nuggets though)
