Nuance Bro

My video “The Real Face of Asian Hate” has been hit with a copyright claim for the 11 seconds of the YG song I included where YG says “First find a house and scope it out find a Chinese neighborhood because they don’t believe in bank accounts”. As a result the video has been blocked worldwide. I am disputing this since my use of the song is directly related to the commentary of the subject matter at hand and falls under fair use jurisprudence. Hoping to get the video back up soon even though I know Def Jam Records doesnt want that clip out there.

As a black man, I want to see the truth. I'm sick of double standards and the media treatment in the black community.

You saved me at least an hour of debunking that garbage article. Very grateful and will donate.

Yes some people don’t like hearing the truth.

I am Chinese, born in Brazil and immigrated to the US. Of all the times I've been called racial slurs due to being Asian it has predominately been from African Americans with a few minor exceptions. I have nothing against African Americans as a whole, nor do I think there is pervasive hatred issue with the overwhelming majority of African Americans. Much like your video points out, just because a minority is being singled out due to their race or heritage does not mean the perpetrator is white. Asians were being attacked for being Asian. It wasn't mostly white people doing it. I don't even think most of it was because the victims were Asian per se. The majority of instances was either profiling to be able to get a good target for robbery or bad people trying to do crappy things. The latter chose Asians because we're viewed as demure or less likely to enter into confrontation. We are historically and systemically viewed as easy to take advantage of. It is straight up racism to presume anything about someone based on their race.

Keep up the good work. They actually removed the part where he says, "Chinese neighborhood" on YouTube music. I am not sure when though. I know I checked right after i watched your video and that explicit version is different there. So could have been around the time everyone was pushing stop asain hate

Appreciate the work you put into debunking that article. It was spread around like crazy when it first came out and everyone knew it was BS.

It’s because you went against their narrative. Don’t give in. You did absolutely nothing wrong with providing insightful information to add to our dialog regarding race relation. Big tech’s biggest fear is people speaking out for themselves.

You are probably one of the most thorough people I watch. I feel like you really make an effort to be impartial in your research and reporting. That being said, I'm not the least bit surprised. Keep doing what you're doing, it is incredibly important.

I had a conversation with my grandmother and she believes It's some kind of racial jealousy. My Chinese grandmother said just look at the cultures, one culture is instilled with family values, being honourable & working hard to invest in your future and the other is 'well, mostly a culture of negativity, lack of morality and irresponsibility'

Bro this video was very necessary! I shared it among a few of my 'woke' friends and they had nothing to say lmao. Hope you get it back up, or maybe reuploaded without that trash song.
