i also had this thing where i couldn't pin comments, then they asked me for verification and gave me 3 options i chose "build history with audience" then after 3-4 months it got solved

What the heck. I just got an email from YouTube saying I'm losing advanced features. That means I can't
* Get higher daily limits for live streams, shorts, and video uploads
* Embed live streams
* Pin comments
* Add external links to your video descriptions
