I would eat it in a heartbeat. Do you know that's pretty much 100% of what banana bread is made of right? Also, interesting twist. If you take bananas that have been sugared for a while (almost to the level of banana bread) Peel them and freeze them for 24 hours then toss them into a blender with a mix of heavy cream and milk (3:1 roughly, may depend on blender), cocoa powder, and Baker's imitation vanilla you get a very silky smooth ice cream without any artificial sweetener PERIOD
