What is the most important trait?

@genevie1998

I'm surprised people put intelligence over curiosity. I find that being smart is really not that important, especially when you're working with them. if they lack the curiosity or drive to do well, doesn't matter how smart they are, it's absolute hell to work with them regardless.

Curiosity leads to creativity and intelligence... kindness makes sense as number one I guess when thinking about the general public. Probably best to have it as number one. But curiously should easily be second.

If everyone was kind, the world would be a much, much better place.

What’s creativity without intelligence? What’s intelligence without creativity? What’s curiosity, intelligence, and creativity without kindness or each other? They all rely on each other.

Kindness pays off sometimes and it feels great to be kind but it’s very rarely actually rewarded and instead I’ve just been taken for granted. I haven’t completely lost faith in kindness, but for those reasons it’s simply not my priority.

Honestly all the answers are correct depending on the situation an individual is in, and if the question is about humanity as a species it probably be intelligence, there are plenty of animals that are curios but they dont really have the intelligence to do anything with just curiosity

Kindness will get you taken advantage of, ive seen countless selfish/overly greedy/mean people do well in life. The rest of the 3 somewhat leads to one another.

For you it's intelligence , for the future it's creativity and for the world it's kindness and ... everyone has curiosity it's not a trait ...the action can be one

@Yukii_Mei

although all four are important traits, curiosity brings upon you intelligence and creativity provided you nurture it. the one exception to this amongst this list is kindess, which is arguably the most important. you might be the most curious, intelligent, creative person in the world but none of that will buy you into being a likable and teachable person. The other traits make you a good learner, only kindness makes you a good student.

Curiosity is source of motivation, and with motivation you can do many things. Intelligence can trained to some extends, kindness is learned.

People... listen. If you're intelligent, you will discover the importance and ways to be creative, kind and curious... not they other way around. A human and a chimp, bkth can be curious, and have social skill, but one is definitely better. If you choose intelligence, you choose everything. Today, humans like you and me are debating on this topic cause we possess intelligence, unlike a fish or a chimp... If you have a brain, you have everything. Being kind has a social value, curiosity is needed for discovery of knowledge and Creativity comes with dealing with problems... Everything comes down to being intelligent.

Drive. All of these traits just sit in your head and do nothing if you don't have any drive. If you have drive, you will FIND something to do with it.
