Saudi Arabia said they'll be putting their oil wells on a diet starting in May — yep, you heard it right, they'll be cutting production by 500,000 barrels per day until the end of 2023. Saudi Arabia described the move as "precautionary", aimed at stabilizing the oil market. Are you worried about the price of gas increasing again? The thing about the higher gas price is it will rise costs of the stuff we buy as well and it would not matter whether or not we have a motorbike or car or choose a different method of commuting, we can not avoid being affected by it, so dont say you dont care as if it wont affect you

I’m fine with the price of fuel increasing. Less jerks on the road. Maybe then people will realize racing to a stop light is just putting a major increase on the wear and tear on your own vehicle. Being a responsible driver isn’t just about paying for the loan and insurance, it’s about being considerate of others who have to share the road.

@Jodenis84

I’m not worried about high gas prices because I invest in gas companies as a purely pragmatic way of benefiting from the reality of the world energy market as it stands today. It’s pretty clear to me where we are headed - AI may be the only wildcard for clean energy in the future.

@JOpalensky

High gas prices are just the tip of the ice berg. The value of the dollar is what most of us will/should be concerned about. After the saudis announced they are moving away from the petro dollar.

Gas prices are still stupid high...just because they came back off a peak doesn't mean they are where they should be. High energy costs particularly harm poor people and put them at risk of not being able to heat their homes or drive to work.

Aren't high oil prices self-explained? We are paying more for gas. Unless you're asking a geopolitical answer
