Tell you what mate been watching your vids this week and I mean it every thing you talk about showing the kids is applicable skills and can be transmuted into any every things you do day to say in life . Just haven't heard this way in a long time . Since junior age at Condorrat ABC IM 43 now. Kenny loane was coach . As far a I know it's renamed and moved to broadwood. It's just a philosophy of life and I think the most important task was to buy whoever you have a bout against to get them an irn bru after it. Probably changed the soft drink these days

I recently had the pleasure of joining an amazing podcast based in Moldova to talk about my experiences, the rise of Eastern European boxing, and much more.
