I used to have 2 slice of brown bread with peanut butter, or chia seeds water with lemon juice and little sugar or honey.

Only fruits and juices till 1 PM. This suits my lifestyle. I only eat carbs between 7 hours timeframe, 1 pm to 8 pm. After this next day morning juices and fruits at 11 am. And again lunch at 1 pm.

I just take soaked dry fruits and nuts ...and then brunch at 11 am . No brkfast ...🙊
