I subscribed your channel based on the velvet technique video, thank you for the comparison. I learned the boiling method after lot of trials and wish I saw this video before all my trials. Was wondering if you can explain how to make curry chicken from take out places. I am unable to replicate the curry powder taste. I am not sure if all these restaurants use a particular brand of curry powder which I am missing.
