어제 미니 단호박을 또 구웠어요.
단호박이 제철이라 그자체로 너무 맛있어요.
깨끗이 씻어 구워먹으면 단맛이 더 올라와서 맛있어요.

단호박은 베타카로틴, 식이섬유, 비타민등이 풍부하여, 
면역력 강화 원기회복 혈관질환등에 좋다고 해요.

껍질에 페놀산성분이 풍부하여 항산화 작용을 하고, 
칼륨과 펙틴성분이 체내 노폐물과 부종제거에 도움된다고 해요.

구운 단호박은 간식으로 먹고 남은건 냉동시켰어요.
