Used to be my favorite one but the original beat it now so it’s my next favorite. Liked that Shelley guy too, was sad when he got killed but not surprised he did.

A high 6. I'd probably rank it fourth behind 4,2, and The New Blood. Chrissy is my favorite final girl, and I reject the idea Jason SA'd her.

Oh Jesus Christ.... I could go on and on about this film, how it's cheesy and campy as hell, but something about it, maybe the disco theme, the extremely bad filmed "for 3D" rather than "in 3D", and the absolute fucking garbage landfill of a storyline that tries to retcon to an era that doesn't make any sense in the timeline, the lovable characters even the villains just works together. Something about it is nostalgic, camping with friends in the summer, going to small little country stores where the locals don't take too kindly (for some places), the sex.... You know, you did it over summer vacation your Senior year... I rank it pretty high. If Part 1 is a 10, obviously, and Part 2 is a 9 for me, then logically Part 3 is going to be an 8. That doesn't mean necessarily Part 4, or 5, 6, or the rest of them rank in that order downward, just that my taste veers off from there where I rank Jason Goes to Manhattan at an 8 as well, but Jason in Space is like a 7. I still enjoy it more than the Cory Feldman ones...why....CAMP... They're cheesy comic relief films of that era, like how Freddy went from terrifying to funny.

It's kind of a boring installment with bland characters. I usually skip it during marathons.
