It is interesting that the Xb-70, if it had entered service, would have varied roles.

Just amazing! Never thought I’d see these concepts actually rendered out 😮

These videos are magnificent. I always wonder what is powering them.

Love your art. Have you done any with spaceships from the golden age of science fiction, Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon stuff? Maybe even steampunk or diéselpunk?

XB-70 is by far my favorite aircraft, and this is by far my favorite of its applications. Such a shame how it turned out. Edit: The program, not the renders :)

@Hazegrayart >>> I probably asked this somewhere before in the past, but could you make a video of a Saturn V booster being recovered on land with a Rogallo Flexwing / Parawing? I was fortunate to meet Mr. Francis M. Rogallo about four different times at events put on by KITTY HAWK KITES in the North Carolina Outer Banks. He was RENOWNED in the Hang Gliding Community, and also the Kiting Community. After meeting and talking {briefly} to him those separate times I got interested in all the work he did in relation to the Space program. That was when I learned it was proposed to use Rogallo Flexwings / Parawings -- in addition to recovering Gemini and Apollo space capsules ON LAND -- to recover expended rocket boosters, up to and including the Saturn V first stage.

The only proposal I'm familiar with is the X-15, with drop-off tanks, being launch from the XB-70 Valkyrie instead of "Balls 8" (the NB-52B used, along with the NB-52A, for the air-dropping of the X-15).
