1️⃣ Too much pressure.


Many people think that the stronger you press, the better the result. But excessive force only increases tension and blocks circulation.

2️⃣ Tense breathing.


When you hold your breath, your muscles don’t get enough oxygen — your face “freezes” instead of awakening.

3️⃣ Skipping relaxation.


Face yoga is not only about activation — it’s also about gentle release.
It’s important to learn to relax tight muscles, because they prevent balance from being restored and stop weaker areas from activating properly.

4️⃣ Inconsistency.


Irregular practice won’t bring lasting results. Even 5–10 minutes a day works better than long sessions once a week.

5️⃣ Focusing on one area only.


Your face is one connected system. Tension in the neck or forehead can affect your jawline, eyes, or mouth.
